really enjoyed our extremely spacious rooms with a double bed and the staff were kind. its location was great, in hamburg suburbs.

The personnel was attentive and really helpful, and the hotel had a FAMILY feeling. The location was good, not far from village centre and all transport, and a leafy suburb of Hamburg and easily accessible. Ate at Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, it's within a close distance from the venue.

The location here is great, within walking distance to everywhere, and the meals are delicious and satisfying.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area next to the restaurant, train station, and city center. the room is airy and modern. the staff is welcoming. They serve one of the best continental breakfasts with cheeses and smoked salmon.

This small hotel in the northern district of Volksdorf was charming with its idyllic location, taking me away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The on-site restaurant was a delight, offering delicious food. The WiFi was available everywhere, making it impossible for me to escape work even on vacation.

The only downside was that I didn't have the opportunity to try out the dry cleaning services because I didn't have anything dirty enough to warrant using them!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The location in a very nice area of the suburb was perfect for me. It was outside the city center, allowing for a peaceful and beautiful surrounding. The adjacent restaurant provided delicious meals at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony where I could relax. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were also a nice touch. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and free parking, were convenient and greatly enhanced my stay.

The breakfast was good, there was a lot of variety. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located in a charming neighborhood which was perfect for a romantic getaway.

The staff wasn't very accommodating. When we asked for help with directions, they didn't seem interested in helping us.

The hotel facilities were great with a spacious and airy room, complete with a large wardrobe, safe, and kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Transportation was not an issue, as it was located close to the station and near the train station. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of cereals, fruits, meats, salmon, caviar. The staff was charming and so helpful, making us feel welcome and providing exceptional service.

This hotel is located outside the busy city center but has easy access to public transportation, which is only a few minutes' walk. It is situated right by a charming village, offering diverse dining and shopping options. the rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and all provide a great view of the green environment. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is above expectations with a variety of high-quality foods to choose from.

The bathroom design is not user-friendly, which makes it a little inconvenient to use without getting water everywhere.
